Retail and Drop Ship Delivery

Standard 2nd Class postage, via Royal Mail, is included for items sent within the UK and consignments will be delivered within 5 working days.  There is an additional charge for EU and Worldwide deliveries.  Should a customer require a speedier service, have the ability to track their delivery, or desire their delivery to be fully insured, they must contact Malulu directly for a delivery quote.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay these prospective additional fees in their respective countries.

Should an item no longer be available, then you will be notified, advised when item will be available, and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or to cancel your order.  Please enquire for further details.

Wholesale Delivery

Delivery costs, both domestic and international, will be calculated according to the weight and destination of the order.  Standard 2nd Class postage, via Royal Mail, is used for domestic consignments up to 2kg.  For all other orders over this weight and/or international destinations, DHL standard delivery service will be used.

Should you wish for any reason to cancel an order, then please do so as soon as possible.  Malulu Ltd will endeavour to assist, though they will not be held responsible for additional return postage payments should an order be cancelled once it has been dispatched.  Please see below for further details regarding returns and refunds.


All customers must make payments to Malulu Ltd via PayPal or by direct bank transfer before the consignment can be processed.

Returns and Refunds

Should there be any reason that you are not completely satisfied with any purchase you have received from us within 10 working days, please email us at to explain the reason you wish to return an item (e.g. exchange) prior to sending it.  For damaged goods, please email photos to and advise us of the fault prior to returning them. An exchange or a full refund will be provided on receipt of the items concerned.  Malulu reserves the right to refuse a replacement or refund if this term is not adhered to.

The cost of the return postage and package for any goods to Malulu will be at the customer’s expense.  Refunds will only be given once the returned item has been received and inspected; therefore, it is recommended that customers use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
