Lurcher Dog Collars
Malulu’s luxury Lurcher dog collars are a cut above the rest! This is because at Malulu we focus on high quality craftsmanship, original patterns and fair trade.
About our Luxury Lurcher Dog Collars
Specially trained highly skilled artisans hand make these luxury dog collars in Kenya. They sew glass beads onto robust cow leather, which is then lined with softer goat leather. They finish off the collars with solid buckles, which are handmade from recycled brass. In addition, all of our Lurcher dog collars come with a beaded ‘bone' charm.
For selected designs there are two variations in style of the lurcher collars; the buckle style and the loop style. The buckle lurcher collars need to be fastened with the buckle to secure it around your dog's neck at a fixed position. The loop style slips over your dogs neck and is remains loose. When walking your dog with the loop lurcher collar on, the collar will remain loose unless the dog pulls which will tighten the collar. As soon as your dog stops pulling, the collar will lose again.
Malulu's dog collars are all handmade in a quirky workshop on the Kenyan coast. We handpicked this workshop for their fair trade practices and their excellent standard of quality products. Each artisan is specially trained by the workshop. As a result, the workshop maintains sustainable local employment, good working conditions and consistently high production standards.

All of our collar sizes are rigorously tested and approved by the internationally renowned British laboratories at ‘Intertek’. Consequentially, our customers have confidence in the longevity of our products, as well as the luxury.
Sizing
Malulu offers a variety of different dog collar sizes, so every dog can benefit from sporting a Malulu collar. We also offer matching Dog Leads, short leads for larger dogs and long leads for smaller dogs. Please check out the various size charts here for details about our dog collar and dog lead measurements.
Please note: every dog is a different size! The breeds listed on the size chart are for guidance purposes only. The size charts aim to help you assess which collar is most suitable for your size of dog. We strongly recommend that you measure your dog's neck with a measuring tape. To help assess the best size, ensure two fingers fit between a collar and your dog's neck for comfort and security.
