Delivery

All postage and delivery charges are additional to the cost of each order.  Due to the nature of Malulu’s product range we are currently unable to guarantee the availability of all products.  If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.  Please enquire for further details.

Malulu will use Royal Mail 2nd Class ‘Signed For Service’ for postage of items sent within the UK and the EU.  Delivery should of consignment should be within 5 working days.  Should a customer require a speedier service, have the ability to track their delivery, or desire their delivery to be fully insured, they must contact Malulu directly for a delivery quote.

Delivery to countries outside the EU is available, and prices will be quoted according to the order.  Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay these prospective additional fees in their respective countries.

Should you wish for any reason to cancel an order, then please do so as soon as possible.  Malulu Ltd will endeavour to assist, though they will not be held responsible for additional return postage payments should an order be cancelled once it has been dispatched.  Please see below for further details regarding returns and refunds.


Payment

All customers must make payments to Malulu Ltd via PayPal before the consignment can be processed.

For wholesale orders from retail customers, please enquire for further details.


Returns and Refunds

Should there be any reason that you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from us, please feel free to return it unused and in its original packaging within 14 days.  An exchange or a full refund will be provided on receipt of the items concerned.  Malulu reserves the right to refuse a replacement or refund if this term is not adhered to.

The cost of the return postage and package for any goods to Malulu will be at the customer’s expense.  Refunds will only be given once the returned item has been received and inspected; therefore, it is recommended that customers use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Malulu’s website is hosted on a secure-server.  You can shop on Malulu’s online shop with full confidence knowing that your details will be held in a safe environment before they are permanently removed from the website, once the order is processed.


Supply of Goods

Please note that the items sold by Malulu are handmade.  We will make every effort to ensure that the goods viewed on the website closely reflect those that are purchased by you.  However, please bear in mind that each item purchased is unique and may differ slightly from the advertised  product.
